A giclée is a fine art print created using digital technology and the highest qualtiy papers and inks. The word giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is French for “spray” or “spurt” referring to the way the inkjet printer squirts millions of ink dots onto the substrate. This process can achieve more depth and detail than traditional art reproduction, resulting in a print that captures the essence of the original artwork.

Our giclée printing process sets the bar above standard printing methods. We use the best quality Epson Ultra Chrome HDX archival inks which are estimated by the manufacturer to remain lightfast for 200 years if properly stored or framed. In conjunction with the highest quality inks we can select from various types of paper stocks to truly give your work the look and feel that you desire. Our paper stocks range from smooth fine art finishes designed to accentuate any art medium, include metallic luster finishes that give colors an amazing “pop” to textured finishes that replicate a canvas surface and if desired we can print directly to a canvas material which can be stretched or mounted.
